14-Day Return Policy

If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, please refer to our Repairs Policy below.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, or you would like to exchange it, we will gladly process an exchange or refund the full amount paid (less shipping charges). Packages must be post-marked to us within 14 days of receipt.

If you purchased an item from one of our retailers and would like to return it, the item must be processed through that individual store and is subject to their individual store policy.

Step 1
In order to return or exchange an item, you must obtain a return authorization (RA) number and include it when send back your item. Please contact us to request an RA number, as items without this number will not be accepted.

Step 2
Return jewelry in original condition, unworn and with tags, and include the original packaging in perfect condition. Sara Danielle Designs is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit, so we recommend that items are insured for their full amount. We cannot accept COD deliveries.

Step 3
Upon receipt of your return, you will be credited via your original method of purchase, less any shipping charges incurred by Sara Danielle Designs, and you will be notified by email that your return has been processed. 

Sale or Charity Return Policy

All purchases made during a sale or promotion at www.saradanielle.com are final sale. 

All items worn or purchased during a charity event are not eligible for return or exchange.

Repair Policy

Sara Danielle stands by each piece of jewelry that leaves our studio and the quality of our merchandise is very important to us. We will repair any item purchased through www.saradanielledesigns.com. In some cases with older jewelry, components may not be available, but we will try our best to replace or repair the item. Jewelry that is purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer for processing. 

For one year from the date of purchase from our online store, we offer free-of-charge repair due to user wear or production fault. This does not include the cost of shipping back to Sara Danielle. After one year, repairs may incur a charge at the owner's expense, in addition to the cost of shipping.

For elective repairs, including chain lengthening, the addition, exchange or removal of stones, there will be a service charge plus the cost of materials and shipping.

To send us an item that needs repair, please contact us to receive a return authorization (RA) number.  Please make sure to include this number and any relevant notes when sending back your item.  We are unable to accept items without an RA number.  Sara Danielle Designs is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit, so we recommend that items are insured for their full amount. We cannot accept COD deliveries.

We are happy to offer lost earring mates and alterations to existing Sara Danielle jewelry for half of the current cost of a new pair.  It is often easiest to have the existing earring at the studio to create the best match; upon contacting us, we will send instructions of where to send your earring and whether it is possible to make a mate.
